Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner for LATAM remote, reporting to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence. The role leads the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, develops Standard Work, ensures adoption, and governs processes with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and privacy partners.

As part of the HR Shared Services / Policy & Process Excellence team, you will collaborate with regional stakeholders to optimize talent outcomes, improve compliance, and drive scalable HR process

Qualifications

• End-to-end HR process execution in global or matrix environment.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS and KPI reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with COEs, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, accurate, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish process governance with decision rights, approvals, and audit routines.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable design and reporting.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, data quality trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
