Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes from LATAM, with remote flexibility. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize processes that drive consistent talent outcomes across Veralto.

The role sits in the HR Shared Services/Policy & Process Excellence team and emphasizes governance, automation, data quality, and cross-region collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 7+ years in HR operations or related fields.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global/matrix environments.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global HR process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and compliance with legal and data privacy.
