Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR functional processes. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes.

This LATAM-based role will be remote, with a focus on scalable process design and continuous improvement. You will work on compensation planning, performance management, equity nominations, and benefits enrollment while building standard

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years in HR operations or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with COEs, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Professional fluency in English and Workday or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes such as compensation planning and performance management.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalation to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Establish process governance, including decision rights, approvals, and version control.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable automation and integrations.
• Build and maintain standard work, training materials, and job aids.
• Lead continuous improvement using VOC, performance data, and digital/self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
