Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including documentation, implementation, adoption, and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize processes and ensure high-quality talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond.

This remote role requires 7+ years in HR Operations or transformation, strong Workday experience, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in HR operations or transformation.
• Proven end-to-end HR process execution in global or matrix environments.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, data/privacy.
• Experience with HR reporting, KPIs, adoption metrics, and compliance.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes such as compensation, performance, and enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to meet milestones.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, approvals, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Workday, IT, Shared Services, and Data teams for scalable design and integration.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement using Voice of the Customer and data quality trends.
• Lead vendor management, performance oversight, and contract alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
