Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize governance, data quality, and process automation. This role is remote in LATAM and part of the HR Shared Services/Policy Excellence team.

You will drive standard work, enable scalable design, and guide cycle launches with a focus on compliance, risk, and value creation across Veralto.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation, or process management.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global/matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and governance.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes (Compensation, Performance, Talent, Enrollment).
• Manage plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to achieve milestones.
• Establish governance, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence and regional teams.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks.
• Drive improvements using data, AI-enabled solutions, and automation.
