Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR functional processes from LATAM, with a remote-first setup. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and data/privacy teams to ensure scalable process design and governance.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in HR operations, hands-on Workday experience, and strong stakeholder engagement across a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design and policy intent into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes across regions and functions.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to deliver milestones on time and in compliance.
• Establish governance including decision rights, prioritization, approvals, and version control.
