Job summary

Veralto is hiring an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR functional processes. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to ensure scalable, compliant HR processes that improve associate experiences.

Based in LATAM with a remote-friendly setup (Mexico-based), you will own process governance, develop Standard Work, training content, and roll out enhancements across regions, driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 7+ years in HR operations or transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes globally.
• Collaborates with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy.
• Fluent in English; able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes.
• Develop standards, decision frameworks, and governance for HR processes.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, data and regional teams to enable scalable design.
• Build Standard Work, training materials, and job aids for consistent execution across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, data quality trends, and automation.
