Job summary

Veralto, a global leader in essential technology solutions, is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes. You will shape standards, governance, and documentation, partnering with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to ensure consistent, compliant talent outcomes across Veralto.

This LATAM-based role is remote, reporting to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing process performance reports and KPIs for senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes, including governance and standard work.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Legal, IT, and regional teams to drive improvements.
• Develop and present process performance dashboards, adoption metrics, and compliance reporting.
• Lead vendor management, change management plans, and cross-functional communications.
