Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including policy, implementation, adoption, and measurement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize and govern HR processes across LATAM and beyond, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Accountability for end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design and improve HR processes.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translating global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Owning lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes, including Compensation, Performance, Talent, Equity nominations, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Managing project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establishing and maintaining process governance, including decision rights, approvals, and KPI reporting.
• Partnering with Workday, IT, and HR teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and data quality.
• Building Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Driving continuous improvement from VOC, data trends, and automation opportunities.
• Leading vendor-management activities and contract/service expectation alignment.
• Developing change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
