Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work documentation, adoption, and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, data/privacy teams, and regional stakeholders to optimize HR processes across LATAM and beyond.

This role will be remote. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HR operations, strong Workday experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with CoE, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes such as Compensation, Performance, Talent Assessment, Equity, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, governance, KPIs, and risk/issue tracking to ensure timely, compliant delivery at scale.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Lead vendor-management and change-management activities for cycle launches and enhancements.
