Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team and support a wide range of HR activities across our international headcount. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across multiple countries.

You will lead end-to-end hiring, coordinate interviews, publish precise job descriptions, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding. Strong English and Spanish, plus experience with HR processes, are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Advanced English (C1) required.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) required.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international positions.
• Coordinate interviews and HR interviews to assess fit.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers and international teams.
