Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to join our remote LATAM team. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations for an international workforce.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate interviews, publish job descriptions, and maintain HR records while working with managers across borders. Strong English and Spanish, plus agile experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2) with excellent communication.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work with international teams and maintain confidential information.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, people-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews for fit and experience.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with performance management processes and professional development initiatives.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR administrative activities.
