Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to join our international team and support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and people operations across borders, with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, craft clear job descriptions, handle onboarding and offboarding, maintain records, and partner with managers and global colleagues to drive engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Hands-on recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Confidentiality and HR policy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across countries.
• Coordinate interviews and screen candidates.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
