Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration and people operations across our international team.

You will lead end-to-end hiring, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain records, and collaborate with managers worldwide to foster a positive employee experience. This remote LATAM role offers flexibility and USD compensation, with opportunities to drive HR initiatives and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or People Operations
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2) written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities for multiple priorities
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and working in a dynamic environment
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies and best practices
• Experience maintaining employee documentation and handling confidential information
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, people-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across different countries
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews for experience, communication and culture fit
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a smooth employee experience
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and databases
• Support employee engagement, well-being and retention initiatives
• Be a point of contact for HR questions, policies and processes
• Assist with performance management, feedback and development initiatives
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking and other HR admin activities
• Organize and prioritize multiple HR activities using agile methodologies
• Collaborate with managers and international teams to support people-related needs
