Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support our international team in LATAM. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, publishing job descriptions, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining records, supporting performance management and benefits, and helping to improve HR policies with agile teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2).
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across countries.
• Coordinate interviews and screen candidates.
• Prepare clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
