Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes from policy to execution. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to ensure consistent talent outcomes across Veralto.

This remote LATAM role emphasizes process governance, automation, and scalable design. Reporting to the Director of Process Excellence, you will drive continuous improvement, develop standard work and training materials, and manage vendor

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and outcomes into scalable process standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, daily routines, stakeholder follow-ups, risk/issue tracking, and escalations to meet milestones.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including decision rights, prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Workday Solutions Architecture, IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and data quality.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via Voice of the Customer, data trends, and automation/self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities, including performance oversight and contract alignment.
• Develop communication and change-management plans to support cycle launches and user adoption.
