Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, partnering with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Legal, IT, and regional teams. The role emphasizes governance, automation, data quality, and compliant execution at scale.

This position is remote, with a LATAM focus, and reports to the Director of Process Excellence. You will drive standard work, training content, and KPI reporting while advancing continuous improvement and vendor-management

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with COEs, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing process performance reports, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end lifecycle execution for global HR processes, including policy and standard work.
• Govern process governance with decision rights, intake, prioritization, and approvals.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, COEs, and legal to design, implement, govern, and improve HR processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent regional deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, data quality trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management and ensure contract/service expectations are met.
