Job summary

Veralto is hiring a HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR functional processes, including standard work and governance. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal partners to optimize processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto.

The role is LATAM-based with remote flexibility, offering training, development, and opportunities to drive automation, data quality, and scalable process design across regions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English and experience with an enterprise HRIS platform (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design and policy intent into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to deliver milestones accurately and compliantly at scale.
• Establish governance, intake/prioritization routines, version control, audits, KPIs, and legal/data privacy alignment.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, and Data teams to enable scalable design, automation, and data quality.
