Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including policy documentation, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize HR processes across LATAM and beyond.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or BPM.
• Experience collaborating across Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (Compensation, Performance, Talent, Equity, Benefits).
• Manage project plans, governance, KPIs, and risk tracking to ensure timely, compliant delivery at scale.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement based on Voice of the Customer and data quality trends.
• Lead vendor management, including performance oversight and value alignment.
