Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR functional processes, including standard work, adoption, controls, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to ensure high-quality talent outcomes.

This role is part of the HR Shared Services/Policy & Process Excellence team and is remote within LATAM. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR Operations or transformation, strong process governance skills,

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 7+ years in HR Operations or HR transformation.
• Experience in global or matrixed environments with cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to report on process performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
• Experience with an HRIS like Workday and fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes such as Compensation and Performance.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risks, and escalations at scale.
• Establish governance, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Shared Services, and regional teams to enable scalable design.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for regions.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, data trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor management, performance oversight, and value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches.
