Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes from design to adoption. You will partner across Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes that improve talent outcomes while ensuring compliance and data privacy.

The role is remote and LATAM-based. Responsibilities include governance, automation enablement, training creation, and continuous improvement driven by VOC and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR operations, shared services, transformation, or BPM.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong data, KPI, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, decision frameworks, operating routines, and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes.
• Manage project plans, cadences, daily management routines, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish governance, including decision rights, intake and prioritization, approval pathways, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent execution across regions.
