Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, ensuring standard work, governance, and continuous improvements. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal teams to optimize processes and enable scalable, compliant execution across LATAM and beyond.

This remote role partners with global HR teams. The position requires 7+ years in HR operations or transformation, experience with Workday, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years of HR ops/ transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed settings.
• Strong collaboration with Centers of Excellence and IT.
• Experience with HRIS, Workday, and KPI reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards.
• Own lifecycle execution for HR processes like Compensation, Performance, Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, risk tracking, and escalations.
• Establish and maintain process governance and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT and Data teams for automation and data quality.
• Build Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC and performance data.
• Lead vendor management and change-management plans.
