Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, and controls. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional stakeholders to govern processes that drive consistent, high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto.

This role is remote for LATAM and reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• End-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience presenting KPIs and adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes (Compensation, Performance, Talent).
• Manage project plans, governance, and risk & issue tracking at scale.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, and regional teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps.
