Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, controls, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to optimize execution and governance of HR processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years in HR Operations/Shared Services/Transformation or business process management.
• Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy and regional teams to design, implement, govern and improve HR processes.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics and compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, operating cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance including decision rights, intake/prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, Workday, HRSS, and Data/Applications teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and data quality.
