Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including governance, documentation, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence, you will partner with CoEs, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize HR processes across LATAM and beyond.

The role emphasizes Workday HRIS expertise, strong English communication, and a track record of delivering scalable process standards and training content for global adoption.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years in HR Operations or related fields.
• Proven end-to-end HR process delivery in global/matrix environment.
• Experience with enterprise-level collaboration with CoE, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience creating process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS; professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent) and governance.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, COE, Legal, Data/Privacy to enable design, governance, and improvements.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and job aids to ensure consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement based on VOC, data quality trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor management and change management for cycle launches.
