Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, adoption, and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and data/privacy teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance.

This role, located in LATAM and remote, offers broad global exposure. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HR operations, experience with Workday, strong analytics, and ability to drive continuous improvement and change

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data quality measures, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle execution for global HR processes, including governance and standard work.
• Partner with COEs, HRSS, IT, Legal, and Privacy teams to optimize HR processes across regions.
• Develop and maintain process maps, training materials, and adoption plans to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
