Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standards, governance, and improvement initiatives. The role collaborates across Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize talent outcomes and ensure compliant execution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or process management.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed settings.
• Experience with Workday and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes, e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, Benefits Enrollment.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and data privacy compliance for HR processes.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and regional teams to enable scalable process design and automation.
• Develop Standard Work, trainings, and job aids to ensure consistent execution across regions.
• Lead change management and vendor management activities to sustain value.
