Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes from LATAM, with a remote-friendly setup. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, IT, and Legal to standardize workflows, implement governance, and ensure compliance while driving continuous improvement.

You will partner with HR Shared Services and Data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and reporting, shaping experiences for associates and leaders across regions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, frameworks, and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes including compensation, performance, talent, equity, and benefits enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk/issue tracking, and escalations to meet milestones at scale.
• Establish governance: decision rights, approvals, version control, KPI reporting, and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Data/privacy to enable automation, data quality, and integrations.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, guides, and training materials for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, cycle metrics, and digital/self-service options.
• Lead vendor management, contracts, and value alignment.
• Develop change management plans to support launches and adoption.
