Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, documentation, implementation, adoption, and governance. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal teams to optimize processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto’s LATAM region and beyond.

This role will be remote with a strong emphasis on global alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design and govern HR processes.
• Experience developing process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle execution for global HR processes across regions and functions.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and job aids for consistent execution.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data & Application teams to enable scalable process design and analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement through Voice of the Customer and data-driven insights.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract expectations, and service level alignment.
