Job summary

Veralto seeks an experienced HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes from design to governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, and HR Shared Services to ensure scalable, compliant processes that deliver high-quality talent outcomes. This role is remote and based in LATAM.

You will drive continuous improvement, maintain Standard Work, and support adoption across regions, with exposure to compensation, performance, equity, and benefits cycles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in HR Operations or related fields.
• Accountability for end-to-end HR process execution in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience presenting process performance reports, KPIs, and adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS; professional English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design and policy intent into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent Assessment, Equity, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to meet milestones at scale.
• Establish governance: decision rights, intake, approvals, version control, audits, KPIs, regulatory alignment.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, Data & Application teams to enable scalable design, automation, and data quality.
• Create Standard Work, training material, job aids, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, performance data, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment with contracts and SLAs.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and user adoption.
