Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, and measurement. You will partner with HR centers of excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to optimize processes and ensure high-quality talent outcomes.

The role is remote within LATAM. You will drive continuous improvement, governance, and change management, supporting cycles like Compensation Planning, Performance, and Benefits

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; 7+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, govern, and improve HR processes; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design and policy intent into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent) and governance.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
