Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR functional processes, including standard work documentation, implementation, adoption, measurement, controls, and continuous improvement.

This role partners closely with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, data/privacy, legal, and regional stakeholders to optimize and govern HR processes that drive consistent, high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto. Remote in LATAM with a global scope.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with CoEs, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience presenting process performance reports and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS, and professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, Benefits).
• Maintain governance routines, approvals, version control, KPI reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, HRSS, and data teams to enable automation, reporting, and data quality.
