Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, partnering with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams. The role is part of the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence team and will be remote in LATAM.

You will translate global design into scalable standards, own lifecycle execution for processes like Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, and Benefits Enrollment,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years in HR operations, HR Shared Services, HR transformation, or business process management.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS (Workday) and presenting KPIs to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, decision frameworks, operating routines, and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes including Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Partner with Workday Solutions Architecture, IT, HR Shared Services, and Data & Application teams to enable scalable process design, automation, reporting, data quality, release management, and outbound integrations.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement informed by Voice of the Customer and data quality trends, including automation and AI-enabled self-service opportunities.
