Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes, including standards, documentation, adoption, and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize HR processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes.

The role is remote within LATAM, with opportunities for global impact, training, and ongoing career development. Strong Workday HRIS proficiency andEnglish fluency are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years in HR Operations or related field.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR process execution in global or matrixed environments.
• Ability to partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Strong ability to develop and present process performance reports and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for global HR processes across regions.
• Own governance, controls, and documentation for HR processes and standards.
• Collaborate with IT, HR Shared Services, and Legal to ensure compliant process design.
• Drive continuous improvement from Voice of the Customer and data insights.
