Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, and improvement. You will collaborate with COE, HRSS, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize HR processes that deliver consistent, high-quality talent outcomes.

The role is remote, LATAM-based, with exposure to Workday and enterprise HRIS, and offers development and coaching opportunities as part of a global HR network.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; 7+ years HR operations or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes including Standard Work documentation, implementation, adoption, and measurement.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to govern HR processes.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and change-management plans for cycle launches and enhancements.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure ongoing value alignment.
• Develop communication plans to drive adoption and stakeholder readiness.
