Job summary

Veralto is seeking an experienced HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, measurements, controls, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize processes across Veralto, and will be remote with LATAM focus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years in HR operations or transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process performance to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes including compensation, performance, talent assessment, equity programs, and benefits enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and alignment to legal and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Develop standard work, training materials, and job aids.
• Drive continuous improvement from customer feedback and data trends, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead vendor management and contract/service expectations.
