Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, Benefits Enrollment).
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, playbooks, and process maps for consistent execution across regions.
• Govern process design, decision rights, and KPI reporting to ensure compliant, scalable processes.
