Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes, including policy clarity, documentation, adoption, controls, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HRSS, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes.

The role is remote within LATAM with a focus on global HR governance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR Operations or transformation, strong Workday experience, and

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years of HR Operations, Shared Services, transformation, or BPM.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes such as Compensation Planning and Performance Management.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure on-time, accurate, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish governance, decision rights, prioritization, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
