Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, shaping standards, governance, and continuous improvement across regions. This role collaborates with Centers of Excellence, IT, and Privacy teams, and is remote with LATAM location alignment.

You'll drive process design, documentation, and change management, while ensuring compliance and data quality. Strong Workday experience and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 7+ years in HR Operations or related field.
• Experience in global or matrixed HR environments.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS (Workday) and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk and issue tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, KPI reporting, and compliance alignment.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Build and maintain Standard Work and training materials for global rollout.
