Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including policy execution, documentation, adoption, and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to drive scalable process design and improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in HR operations.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, service outcomes, or compliance reporting.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards, decision frameworks, operating routines, and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes across regions and functions.
• Manage project plans, operating cadences, daily management routines, risk and issue tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including decision rights, intake and prioritization routines, approval pathways, version control, audit routines, escalation mechanisms, KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, reporting, data quality, release management, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent execution across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement informed by VOC, performance data, and digital/self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor management activities including performance oversight and contract alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
