Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes from a LATAM-based remote setting. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and data/privacy teams to optimize governance, standard work, and integrations across regions and functions.

The role emphasizes process design, performance reporting, and continuous improvement with Workday expertise. A strong English fluency and global mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Accountability for end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform and professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and outcomes into scalable process standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes, including compensation planning, performance management, and benefits enrollment.
• Manage project plans, governance, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met compliantly at scale.
• Establish process governance, intake routines, approvals, and KPI reporting aligned to legal and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with IT, HR, and data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and data quality.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and job aids to enable consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, cycle performance, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and user adoption.
