Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end‑to‑end global HR processes, from design to adoption and controls. You’ll work with HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, IT, and Legal to optimize policies and standards, ensuring compliant, high‑quality talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond.

You’ll own lifecycle execution for major HR processes, drive continuous improvement, and shape governance, data quality, and release management in a remote, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or related field.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation, Performance, Talent, Benefits).
• Manage project plans, governance, risk, and stakeholder communications at scale.
• Establish process governance with version control, approvals, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable automation and data quality.
