Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes. You will govern standards, ensure data quality, and partner with IT, GC, and regional teams to optimize talent outcomes. This role is remote within LATAM and reports to HR Shared Services / Policy Excellence.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR operations or transformation, strong Workday experience, and English fluency. You’ll influence global processes and enable scalable, compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years in HR operations or transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR process execution in global/matrixed env.
• Strong collaboration with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams.
• Proven ability to present process performance and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English; Workday or similar HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and governance.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes.
• Manage plans, cadence, risks, and escalations at scale.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training, and playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, VOC, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and contract expectations.
• Develop change-management plans for cycle launches.
