Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end‑to‑end global HR processes across regions, focusing on standard work, governance, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, IT, and HR Shared Services to enable scalable design, data quality, and automation, with a remote LATAM footprint.

The position reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence and emphasizes global collaboration, HR technology, and compliant execution in a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation, or BPM.
• Demonstrated accountability for end‑to‑end HR process execution in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and outcomes into scalable process standards and requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent, Equity, Benefits).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish governance, intake prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, KPIs, and data privacy alignment.
• Partner with IT, Workday, HRSS, and Data teams to enable design, automation, reporting, data quality, and integrations.
• Create Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via VOC, performance data, and automation/AI opportunities.
• Lead vendor management, performance oversight, and contract alignment.
• Develop change management plans to support launches and adoption.
