Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, with emphasis on standard work, governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Legal, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes that enable consistent talent outcomes.

This role is remote and LATAM-based. You will drive design, adoption, and measurement of processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes across compensation, performance, talent assessment, equity programs, and benefits enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including approvals, version control, audit routines, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable design, automation, and data quality.
