Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, and governance. The role is remote with LATAM placement, collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize processes and ensure high-quality talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in HR operations or transformation.
• Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy and regional teams.
• Experience presenting process performance reports, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, decision frameworks, and operating routines.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, governance, risk, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery.
