Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, document standard work, and drive governance and continuous improvement. This remote-friendly role partners with COE, HR Shared Services, IT, legal, and data/privacy teams to optimize processes that affect associates worldwide.

Based in LATAM, you will own process execution, analytics, and adoption metrics across regions, with opportunities to influence compensation, performance, and benefits cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or transformation.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence and IT.
• Experience presenting dashboards and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes such as compensation planning and performance management.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure on-time, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including KPI reporting and audit routines.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and job aids for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC and performance data.
• Lead vendor management and contract alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
