Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including Standard Work, governance, and continuous improvement. This role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data & Application teams to optimize processes across LATAM and beyond, with a focus on scalability and data privacy compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence, you will own lifecycle execution for processes such as Compensation

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Ability to collaborate with Centers of Excellence, IT, and Legal.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes.
• Develop standards, governance, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and regional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
