Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes across the organization. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes with a focus on scalability and compliance.

This role is remote and LATAM-oriented. The position reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence and is part of the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of HR Operations, Shared Services, transformation, or BPM.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance, Talent, Benefits).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance incl. decision rights, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, Data & Applications teams to enable scalable design, automation, and data quality.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for cross-region execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from Voice of the Customer and data trends; explore AI/self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor management activities and ensure value delivery.
