Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including Standard Work documentation, adoption, and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and data/privacy teams to optimize processes across regions and functions, ensuring consistent, high-quality talent outcomes.

The role is remote, LATAM-based, with a focus on continuous improvement, automation opportunities, and strong stakeholder collaboration to drive impactful HR

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Accountability for end-to-end HR process execution in a global/matrix environment.
• Experience presenting process performance reports and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and experience with HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes across regions and functions.
• Manage project plans, governance, risk tracking, and escalations to meet milestones.
• Establish governance: decision rights, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, HRSS, data, and regional teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, trainings, job aids, and process maps.
